DAY 2:
GAME DRIVE IN ARUSHA NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, we journey to the picturesque Arusha National Park. The short drive of approximately 45 minutes meanders through a captivating landscape characterized by dense forests.

Arusha National Park is known for its diverse wildlife and offers you the unique opportunity to observe the fascinating white and black colobus monkeys in their natural habitat. Not only monkeys, but also other animals such as buffalo, warthogs, zebras, wildebeest and more than 300 different bird species await you in this idyllic park.

On an unforgettable 45-minute safari, you can observe animals such as baboons, majestic giraffes, imposing buffaloes and playful warthogs at close range. The hike leads to the spectacular Tululusia Falls, a true jewel of nature. Enjoy the sight of this natural wonder and let yourself be enchanted by the beauty and tranquillity of the park.

We then visit Lake Momela, home to thousands of water birds, including elegant flamingos and majestic pelicans. After a relaxing lunch break, we continue the safari with an exciting game drive where you can further explore the rich wildlife of the park. With many unforgettable experiences in your luggage, you will return to the hotel in the afternoon, where you can relax at the end of the day.

DAY 3:
ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, we set off for Tarangire National Park, packed lunches in hand. The journey on the tarmac road lasts approximately 2.5 hours and affords us the opportunity to appreciate the varied landscape. Along the way, you’ll see many Maasai going about their daily activities: fetching water, herding cattle, and trading during market days.

Famed for its abundant elephant herds, Tarangire National Park is dubbed the “elephant paradise”. Marvel at the towering baobab trees, the myriad bird species, the seasonal marshes, and the Tarangire River.

Beside the river, elephants, buffalo, zebra, wildebeest, waterbuck, springbok, and giraffe congregate to hydrate, remaining vigilant for predators such as lions and leopards.

Lunch in the park with packed lunch, mineral water, coffee and tea. The game drive lasts until late afternoon before we drive to the lodge.

DAY 4:
ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Following breakfast, we delve once more into the captivating Tarangire National Park. Rediscover the untouched wilderness of this remarkable nature reserve, famed for its majestic elephant gatherings and stunning scenery.

Embark on an exhilarating game drive to explore the park’s captivating wildlife. From towering baobabs to a plethora of birds and a remarkable array of mammals, Tarangire National Park promises an unmatched safari adventure.

Relish your lunch in the park, served in a lunch box, while admiring the splendor of the surrounding landscape.

Later in the afternoon, there is an optional hike from the lodge to Lake Manyara to explore even more of the fascinating surroundings.

DAY 5:
ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
On this day, you will immerse yourself in the life of the Maasai. You will visit an authentic Maasai village and have the unique opportunity to get to know the life and culture of this fascinating tribe.

Learn more about their traditional way of life, their customs and their rich history. You will have the opportunity to observe their daily activities and ask any questions you may have.

After an eventful morning, return to the lodge where a delicious lunch awaits you.

In the afternoon, you will have the opportunity to explore a coffee plantation and vegetable garden and learn more about the agricultural practices of the region.

DAY 6:
ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, we venture to the Serengeti National Park, bringing packed lunches along. En route, we journey through the Ngorongoro Rainforest, offering glimpses of diverse wildlife such as elephants, buffalo, waterbuck, baboons, and perhaps even leopards.

Starting from verdant forests, the landscape gradually transitions to open woodlands before stretching out into the expansive grassy plains of the Serengeti.

Our journey brings us to the Serengeti around midday, where we stop for lunch before embarking on an exciting game drive to explore the park’s fascinating wildlife. Prepare to be enchanted by the remarkable diversity of animals and stunning scenery in one of the world’s most famous national parks.

In the late afternoon, we finally reach Kubukubu Tented Lodge, where you can round off the day with a delicious dinner and look forward to a relaxing night under the African starry sky.

DAY 7 & 8:
ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
Start the day with an early breakfast, as an exciting full-day game drive in the central Serengeti awaits you. The area owes its name to the Seronera River, which attracts a rich animal population all year round.

On the safaris you can see an impressive variety of wildlife including elephants, buffaloes, topis, impalas, gazelles, giraffes, lions, leopards, hyenas and maybe even cheetahs. The Serengeti is also home to an astonishing variety of over 500 bird species that enliven the skies and complete the ecosystem.

Enjoy the unrivalled beauty and diversity of the Serengeti as you drive through this breathtaking conservation area. In the late afternoon, you will finally return to Kubukubu Tented Lodge, where you can round off the day with a delicious dinner.

DAY 9:
ARUSHA TO TARANGIRE NATIONAL PARK
After breakfast, we say farewell to the Serengeti and head to the Ngorongoro Crater, where you’ll witness amazing wildlife. The drive lasts approximately 3-4 hours and leads through picturesque areas.

About two to three million years ago, the Ngorongoro Crater was shaped by the eruption and collapse of a massive volcano. Famed worldwide for its breathtaking geological features, it also provides a refuge for more than 27,000 wild animals.

The crater offers sightings of elephants, rhinoceroses, buffaloes, lions, and leopards—the iconic “Big 5”. Keep watch for the endangered black rhinoceros, which may occasionally be spotted in the crater’s open grasslands.

Three large swamp areas within the crater provide a habitat for migratory animals like wildebeest and zebra, ensuring their presence throughout the year.

After an extensive game drive and lunch in the crater, we drive to Kitela Lodge, where you can end your last evening in peace.
